A registration fee is collected at the time of admission to confirm a seat and is nonrefundable.

Students who decide not to continue with the program before the Course Commencement Date may
request cancellation. A refund, if approved, shall be subject to deduction of the registration fee and any
expenses already incurred by ChipEdge in connection with the student’s enrollment.

A request for cancellation must be received within one week from the Date of Purchase and before the
student has accessed any Course Content.

Once the course has commenced, no refund shall be applicable, irrespective of the actual date on which
the student joins the batch.

Requests relating to cancellation or refund shall be submitted in writing to the designated ChipEdge
support email address. Verbal requests or informal communications shall not constitute a valid request.

Each request shall be evaluated in accordance with ChipEdge’s internal policies and records relating to
attendance, content access, and platform usage. Approval of any refund request shall be at the sole
discretion of ChipEdge Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Any approved refund shall ordinarily be processed within thirty working days from the date of approval.

ChipEdge may revise schedules, postpone batches, change the mode or venue of delivery, or make
suitable alternative arrangements due to academic, operational, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its
reasonable control.

Personal reasons, change in circumstances, relocation, employment commitments, medical conditions,
dissatisfaction with the course, non-attendance, or placement expectations shall not entitle a student to
a refund.

All decisions relating to refund requests, including eligibility and refund amount, shall rest solely with
ChipEdge Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and such decisions shall be final.
By enrolling in a program and making the applicable payment, the student acknowledges having read,
understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.
