Students are expected to continue and complete the program in the batch for which they have
enrolled. Accordingly, requests for transfer from one batch to another are ordinarily discouraged.

However, in exceptional circumstances, ChipEdge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion,
consider requests for batch movement, subject to academic feasibility, resource availability, and seat
availability in the requested batch.

Approved batch movements may attract administrative charges, differential program fees, and such
other charges, conditions, or requirements as may be prescribed by ChipEdge from time to time.

Submission of a request for batch movement shall not create any right or entitlement in favor of the
student. All decisions relating to batch movement requests shall rest solely with ChipEdge Technologies
Pvt. Ltd., and such decisions shall be final and binding.
By enrolling in a program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this
Batch Movement Policy.
