Job Overview

We are an EdTech Company in VLSI / Chip Design, based out of HSR layout, Bangalore. We are looking for Full Time DV, RTL Trainers, who are passionate in teaching, to deliver classroom training(online) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) in a full-time role.

    • You have 6-20 yrs of strong hands-on industry experience in DV / RTL/DFT

    Key Responsibilities

    • As a senior trainer, you will be responsible for teaching full time PD/DV/DFT courses, including Labs, projects.
    • Responsible for enabling trainees to get jobs, by teaching them required technical skills.
    • Upgrade the Training Materials/Labs/Projects as needed, to give industry-relevant learning experience to students.
    • Responsible for execution of labs/projects, with the help of lab instructors.
    • Mentor the students on their technical/soft skills.
    • Deliver faculty training to university/college professors, as part of ChipEdge initiative to improve VLSI education.

Required technical skills

  • For RTL role, 6-15 yrs of strong experience in RTL  at block level and chip level.
  • For DV role, 8-20 yrs of experience in DV covering all aspects of verification using System Verilog, UVM at IP & SOC
  • For DFT, 8-20 yrs of experience in block level and chip level DFT
  • Hands on experience in taping out in latest technology nodes like 7nm, 10nm, 14nm.
  • Working experience on EDA tools from Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor.
  • Must be a self-starter, and be able to independently and efficiently drive tasks to completion
  • Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, and be a good team player

  • Passion for teaching and to mentor the Students/Engineers to achieve career growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, to translate your rich experience to participants level
  • Good Teaching Skills.
