  • Roles and Responsibilities

    • Work with our existing corporate customers in meeting their hiring / training requirements
    • Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • Connect prospective clients with business team for Development of proposals, agreements
    • Timely follow ups with internal team until closure of acquisition process/sales
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain customer satisfaction

    • Mentor, Counsel and prepare trainees for placements
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

As part of our growth plans, We are looking for a dynamic leader, to head business development and operations. The candidate should have passion, entrepreneurial mind set and strong interest in Edtech industry. The candidate assumes leadership role for managing the overall organization. He will be reporting to CEO.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Business head (who manages sales & marketing teams) for achieving B2B, B2C revenue targets.
    • Responsible for running the day-to-day activities of the company.
    • Manage P&L of the organization and design strategies for growth.
