Trainer – FPGA, RTL, DV, PD, & DFT
Are you someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and shaping future engineers? We’re looking for industry experts in FPGA, RTL, Design Verification (DV), Physical Design (PD), and DFT who can step into the role of a trainer and mentor. If you’ve spent years working hands-on in these areas and are now ready to guide others, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct engaging classroom or online sessions on FPGA, RTL, DV, PD, or DFT.
- Build and refine training content, lab exercises, and real-world case studies.
- Mentor learners, help them tackle challenges, and monitor their progress.
- Bring your own industry experience into the classroom to make learning practical and relevant.
- Stay updated with the latest design tools and industry practices.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–20 years of solid experience in at least one of the domains (FPGA, RTL, DV, PD, DFT).
- Strong practical knowledge of design flows and tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A genuine interest in teaching, guiding, and building talent for the industry.
