RTL Design Internship:

This RTL Design Internship is specifically designed for pre-final and final year electronics / electrical engineering students, and it begins with a review of VLSI Design, System On Chip Design, ASIC and FPGA Design Flow, Digital Electronics, and Verilog HDL, all of which are essential for beginning an industry standard protocol based project. You will become a hands-on RTL Designer after completing this internship.

Analog Circuit and Layout Design Internship:

As an Analog Circuit and Layout Design intern, you will get the chance to work with experienced engineers in the development of specialised hardware and software products. You will be paired with a knowledgeable mentor who will help you through your project and work term to ensure a positive project experience. Interns will gain knowledge and experience in various elements of the product development cycle, including design, prototyping, development, testing, and manufacturing production. Analog layout interns will be taught how to create hardware and software solutions for design validations, conduct research as needed to finish their tasks, meanwhile diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Synthesis & STA Internship :

Synthesis and STA interns are responsible for undertaking hands-on synthesis, timing analysis, and formal verification for Multi-Million gate design. They learn how to execute implementation flows such as Low Power flows ( Unified Power Flow). As an intern, they will be working on ASICs that are based on cutting-edge technological nodes. This position will necessitate collaboration with the Design, Verification, DFT, PD, and SoC teams.

Physical Design Internship:

Physical Design Interns gain training on learning how to use SystemVerilog and UVM to perform functional verification at the IP and SoC level. Following proper training, interns will be able to use Synopsys Simulation tools to verify designs. In IP SoC level verification settings, they will learn how to develop test-bench reference models. They will be making verification plans which should be documented and implemented and will be taught how to create limited random based test-benches and test cases in collaboration with design engineers to fulfil the desired functional and code coverage criteria. They will gain knowledge on how to debug and assist in the resolution of test failures, create reusable verification environments that may be shared among teams and complete the internship project according to the schedule.

Design For test internship:

As a Design for Test intern, you will be building software to increase the degree of verification on the most recent Apple hardware devices. Interns will be learning about fresh discoveries so that the companies can use the automation they make to better and speed up company’s development. Interns will be merging current frameworks with cutting-edge EDA tools to create new flows. There is an experienced staff on hand to assist and advise them.

ASIC Design Verification Internship:

This VLSI Internship programme is a great way to get a head start on your desired job in the VLSI field. You can upgrade to the Advanced ASIC Verification Course with Placement Assistance and earn a career in the Semiconductor Industry after completing this course. On the job-oriented VLSI Courses, you can get up to a 100% scholarship.

What do all these VLSI internships for ECE students cover?

The VLSI Design Internship programme and VLSI Design Course cover such topics as ASIC Design Flow, Digital Electronics or Logic Design, RTL Design Using Verilog HDL, and VLSI Verification. The internship programme covers all of the essential Verification skills and understanding of Front-end design verification, such as verification methodology, RTL verification utilising SystemVerilog HVL, and Universal verification methodology, ensuring that you are well-versed in the fundamentals of VLSI.

Why Choose VLSI?

VLSI design developments in recent years have leaned more towards System on Chip designs. The scope of front end design verification has also expanded, moving away from pure functional simulations and toward formal verification, FPGA and other emulation, Hardware and Software Co verification, and so on. With the recent rise of artificial intelligence, the Genetic algorithm and its application to VLSI design offers up a lot of possibilities for front end developers. As a result, a front end design engineer with experience in IP-based design and System on Chip design has a lot of options.

VLSI backend course covers a wide range of Web backend issues, including user input, templated output, data storage in databases and data stores, and creating systems with secure user accounts. Improve your employability and skill set by engaging in creative, self-directed learning. Engineers can begin with logic synthesis, placement and routing, layout, physical verification, and static timing analysis on the back end. Most back end engineers would benefit from a greater understanding of process technologies, transistors, high-speed design challenges, and a solid understanding of tools and automation.

Through online VLSI courses in Verification, you can begin studying the foundations necessary for the VLSI industry after your graduation. We also have VLSI institutes in Bangalore. Then, with Chipedge’s job-oriented Advanced ASIC Verification course and 100% placement help, you may advance your abilities. The VLSI industry requires people who are proficient in Verilog HDL, SystemVerilog HVL, and UVM. In our job-oriented VLSI Courses, you will study all of the advanced principles.
