Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to incoming leads and course inquiries received through email, website, calls, and chat.
  • Convert leads into potential customers and contribute to overall sales and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and draft proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation as required.
  • Conduct sales discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Execute the complete sales cycle using sales software tools.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets with a results-driven approach.
  • Provide timely updates on sales performance and maintain detailed reports.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitive offerings, and market trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, counseling, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive go-getter with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.
